Real life. Real questions. Real theology.
Honest Theology is a space where I explore faith, Scripture, and theology in a way that is thoughtful, honest, and rooted in real life.
It’s a place for asking questions, reflecting deeply, and growing closer to God without pretending to have everything figured out.
To me, “Honest Theology” means approaching God and faith with sincerity—asking real questions, seeking truth, and being open to growth. No one has all the answers. No. One.
It means not pretending, not performing, and not being afraid to wrestle with what we believe.
Honest Theology places primacy in the Gospel Mission and Message of Jesus Christ. All else is secondary.
I created Honest Theology because I wanted one place to gather what I’ve been learning through life, study, and faith—and to share it with others who are asking questions, too.
My hope is to encourage thoughtful, sincere engagement with God and Scripture.
This site is for anyone who wants to think more deeply about God—whether you’re confident in your faith, full of questions, or somewhere in between.
It’s especially for those who want a space that is thoughtful, gentle, and honest.
You’ll find blog posts, reflections, theological insights, study notes, and writing projects—all centered around faith, Scripture, and the Christian life.
Not at all. In fact, this space exists because none of us have everything figured out.
Honest Theology is about growing, learning, and walking forward in faith—one step at a time.
I’m a wife, mother, teacher, writer, and student of theology who loves asking questions about God and sharing what I’m learning along the way. Join me on this wonderful journey!
